How to

Clouds and Climates Regulate the climatic conditions of the towns by placing clouds on towns. To place the cloud on a town, take it from the grid and place it on the appropriate town. Placing the plain cloud on the town will freeze the other climatic conditions of the town for five seconds. If any of the climatic condition bars gets emptied, you will lose the game.
